Aspirants seeking admission to 2-year Full-time B.Ed Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:

• Candidate should have scored at least 50% marks in Bachelors or Masters Degree for General Category and 45% for Reserved Categories.
• Candidate should have studied at least one subject offered in the B.Ed. course at St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata either at Graduation (with at least 300 marks) or at Post Graduate level.
• Candidate should have a good command and fluency in English, both spoken and written. 

Age Limit:

Maximum age limit is 40 years as on 1st July in the year of admission for freshers.
