It’s difficult to choose between these two choices, as the courses mentioned in the question are different. Between B.Com and BMS, the former offer better scope comparably. BMS will be good for you if you want a career in Management.

Doing a BMS degree from Shivaji College will be comparably better because of the following reasons.

BMS offers practical exposure rather than theoretical knowledge.
BMS offers more placement opportunities. As it has more demand in the corporate world.
Shivaji College is better than Satyawati.

Although you should keep in mind that B.Com (Hons) gives basic knowledge regarding all fields of the corporate world i.e. Accountancy, Management, Statistics, Law, etc.
