The first-year yearly fee is around 20k and then for consecutive years, it reduces slightly. Those who have scored very well in their respective board exams can avail of Inspire scholarship and then you'll get a decent amount monthly stipend.
The fee structure is that every semester, we had to pay about 25-30k and it decreases with every semester like we had to pay 31k in 1st semester, then I paid 26k in the second semester. The cost to study for me was 1.5 lakhs per year since there was no hostel facility at my time so I had to stay in Paying Guest in Rajouri Garden, the rent was 8.5k every month excluding the AC bill in summer. The traveling costs were also there so it was 1.5lakhs per year for me.
The fee structure was 20000 in the 1st year and 15000 in the second year also some students were scholarships by the college The cost to study is minimal and affordable. The course is affordable as well.
I opted for 3 yr program and 18-19k was the yearly fee and the 1100-1200 examination fee. Shivaji College has an internship cell if you have a good cv you can apply there for an internship. College doesn't give stipends for BSc level students.
The fee structure of overall Delhi University is very low as it is a Government University. The fee for my college and course is Rs20000 for the first year. Delhi University also provides scholarships to weaker sections of society.
* As compared to other colleges in the university the fee is Quite higher it haven't went much to the college as more than half of the course was held online so cannot state anything about fee hike etc. * Still pursuing my Course so by far no job offered from the campus side.
The fee structure of different courses is different. The fee for my course was around 20 thousand for the first year. There are scholarships provided by Delhi University where the annual income of the family is less.
Fees at our college are a little bit high especially in the science department because we have 3 practical subjects in which we have to go to the lab every week for 5 hours. Glassware objects and many expensive instruments are there which may damage by students during the experiment, therefore, the fees of our department are high. Fee concession interviews are held at end of sem in which you can appear for fee concession. And internships are not such goods
The first step is to fill out the online application for DU and then based on the cutoff you can reach out to the particular college. Shivaji College offers 3% relaxation to the girl's students. However, since now the admission procedure is entrance based so there might be some changes. one can refer to the official website of college to get a clear idea of the admission procedure.
BBy - BhawnaThe admission process was based on the marks of class 12 and they were checking the marks for PCM i.e. Physics, Chemistry, and Maths and they require more than 92% in their second cut-off list for admission in Bsc Physics Hons, the forms can be found in the official website of DU and there are also reservation benefits for EWS, OBC(Non-creamy layer), SC and ST. There was also 2% relaxation for females in my college.
DPBy - Debarthi PalThe college is quite good and the teaching faculty is also good. the campus area is clean and green. The procedure of admission could be faster if we avoid a few steps which are time-consuming, with this the students can get into college faster.
