One of the beautiful college campus in india

Internships Opportunities:

Most students go for off-campus internship opportunities. Many students got placed in Germany, London, Luxembourg, etc. from here. They are in reputed companies abroad. Nit Srinagar also gives internship opportunities for top tier branches.

Placement Experience:

Placement is good in our college compared to other NITs we get in these ranks. CSE & IT is considered best here then ECE is also good. You can go for lower branches also, placement does happen in every branch. Our average placement is 13lpa. Every year nearly early 80% of students got placed in this college.

Internships Opportunities:

Each student has compulsory to do at least one internship over the completion of their degree here at the National institute of Technology Srinagar. The college provides all internship opportunities to its students. Students can get internships within the college as well as outside like in IITs.

Placement Experience:

The placement records of our college have seen a significant improvement over a few years with the institution recording all-time high placement records in the 2023 year. The student started getting placement offers in the 6th semester. The average package is 12LPA, the highest package is 40LPA and the Lowest package is 6LPA.

Internships Opportunities:

Internship opportunities are great. A lot of companies comes with a internship offers that gives good stipend to students. Companies are A14 Bharat, Quixy,Rupeek, Physics wallah, Dyeus, Alstom, ,Nxtwave

Placement Experience:

Placements are really good as it is NIT. Around 85 percent of all branches are getting placements with average package of 6.5 Lacs and highest package of 27 LPA. Even i am placed in 2 companies. All big MNCs and all core companies visit our campus like Vedanta, tata, juspay, Oracle, optum, and many more.

NIT SRINAGAR Best with some cons

Internships Opportunities:

Many companies and external colleges like IITs offer internships for the students of our college. Many companies offer stipends and many do not. Research interns, and tech intern facilities are given to the students. Students get to know the field well in which they have to work in future, be it technology, science or any other field like entrepreneurship etc.

Placement Experience:

Placements are offered in the college after the 6th semester. Students who are willing to get a placement can apply after 6th semester in the placement cell of the college. There are different companies like HCL, Samsung, Infosys etc. From last year's placement data, the highest package was 25 lakh and the average package for the IT department was 11.5 lakh. Almost 80% of students who applied got their placements. I also have plans to get my placement on campus and get a good package.

Internships Opportunities:

Various internship opportunities are provided by the college depending on the course and area of interest. Internships can be done in various engineering institutions of the country like IITs or other NITs. I did my internship in ML/AI.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for Campus placement after 6 semesters and various companies do visit a college campus. The highest package in 2021 was Rs 42 lakhs by Microsoft. The percentage varies from course to course. Highest being CSE which in 2021 was almost 90 percent.

For internship you have to apply from your own side and for this, you have to make dummy projects. If want to do an internship in machine learning internship then you have to make a project in the machine learning domain

NIT Srinagar-An Institution of HOPE

Internships Opportunities:

The students here at the National Institute Of Technology Srinagar can start doing internships right from the first year. The college is providing all possible internship supports to its students with a few of its brilliant student getting selected for foreign internship programs.

Placement Experience:

Students here at the National Institute of Technology Srinagar start getting placed right from the 6th semester. The main recruiting companies include wirpo, Tesla, Maruti, Hyundai, Tata, etc. Also, some government jobs offer by PSU companies. Our institution recorded a sky-high percentage of placements last year which was about 85% overall with students getting at an average of 15-20 LPA and the highest of 45 LPA.

Internships Opportunities:

Most companies like Microsoft, Wikimedia, amazon, TCL, Byju, offer internships followed by an interview with different stipends, Projects based on IoT, and coding can be done internships are worthwhile and students get deserved outcomes.

Placement Experience:

After the end of the 6th semester, students apply for placement and till the 8th semester, the maximum number of students get placed. Companies like IBM, NTPC Limited, Indian Oil Corporation, Brillio, HCL technologies, Microsoft, Bharat petroleum, Wipro, Lowe's, Tally solutions, etc 65% of students are getting placed on average. I will go for placement after getting my degree.

NIT Srinagar provides everything without Engineering.

Internships Opportunities:

Our college allows us to do an internship after 2nd year. NIT Srinagar has signed MOUs with different colleges in the country. There is no stipend for us. Tata Steel provides us with the internship. Projects are done in college help one to get internships.

Placement Experience:

Placement culture in the college for higher branches like CSE, IT, and ECE is good, but for branches like MME, civil, and chemical is not so good. From the 6th semester onwards, students become eligible for campus placements.

NIT SRINAGAR in paradise or paradise in NIT SRINAGAR?

Internships Opportunities:

TISCO is one of the companies that offered internships with a good stipend. Also, many IIT college offers internship like IIT BOMBAY. As the students during internship did many projects with good outcomes like simulations for CFD problems

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placements at the end of 3rd year. Companies like Oil India, Byjus, Amazon, Vedanta etc. The highest package is 32 Lacs per annum. The percentage of students getting placed depends upon the course, CSE and IT have the highest percentage of placement at 98%. I'm currently thinking about going for higher studies.
