The faculty is very much helpful and they help the students with theri learning ability and always try to make the subject interesting I don't have much idea about the qualification of the faculty but the professor should a have a PhD on the given subject or he/she should be doing PhD on that particular subject Exams are taken on every semester i.e. every six months, it isn't that difficult to pass the exams if you are studying for the semester daily for 3,4 hours you can pass the exam
