National Institute of Technology Andhra Pradesh popularly known as NIT Andhra Pradesh is conducting its placement drive for the batch 2021 and despite of the Covid-19 pandemic, there was an increase in the percentage of students placed this year and the entire selection process was conducted virtually.

In the placement drive of 2021, 78.7% students were placed via the placement process online and the Highest CTC stood at INR 16 LPA whereas the Average CTC stood at INR 6.47 LPA.

The Institute concluded its 2020 placements by providing placement opportunities to 210 students at reputed companies. The highest salary package offered was INR. 16 LPA and the average salary package offered was INR. 6.89 LPA.

During the placement drive of 2021, 310 students and 68 companies registered for the placements and 244 offers were made.

In the placement drive of 2021, 78.7% students were placed and the highest CTC stood at INR 16 LPA whereas the average CTC stood at INR 6.89 LPA.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th-semester students will be eligible for placements. companies like C-dot, Deloitte, Accenture, virtusa etc. Will visit. The highest package for the batch 2022 was 48Lpa. Nearly 98 per cent of students had got placed.

Placement Experience:

The highest salary package offered is 19 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 6.6 LPA. The average salary package offered is 10 LPA. Top recruiters are Deloitte, Amazon, TCS, Fantastic, etc. Students got internships. Roles offered are associates, software development managers, software developers, and senior analysts.

We had LinkedIn with so many iits and nits and they provide internships and they give stipends as And some companies also provide internships like Deloitte Broadridge and they also give a stipend if you're performance is good they give jobs also

For placement activities, Students are eligible in from the third year's first semester. An eye opening insight about NIT Andhra Pradesh

Placement Experience:

All those students with no active backlog and CGPA above 6 are eligible for placements from the 7th semester. Placements of NIT Andhra Pradesh are not upto the mark. Students have to depend upon mass recruiter companies. In year 2022, around 180 companies visited campus and the highest on campus package is 28 LPA by ZScalar and average was 6 LPA.

NIT Andhra Pradesh - Honest review of placements and college culture

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester, students become eligible for placements. Companies start visiting from the end of the 6th semester itself and placements continue till the end of the final year. For the 2022 batch, more than 100 companies visited, and out of 480 students, 93% got placed. Deloitte USI and Capgemini were the mass recruiters. The average package for that batch was 6 LPA and the highest on-campus package was offered by KickDrum (15 LPA for CSE only). Whereas, Amazon offered the highest off-campus CTC of 47.5 LPA. Currently, I have been placed at Deloitte USI (7.6 LPA).

Internships Opportunities:

The college itself does not provide any internships before the final year. If someone wants to go for an internship before the final year, focus on your coding skills in one language, and learn development skills (like- backend, frontend, android, ML, etc.).

Placement Experience:

There are many companies who visited our campus this year but fewer when compared to last year. Around 150 students placed to date .but placements aren't on the level of nit college. I expected more. The highest package is for off-campus only .on campus placement highest package is 30lpa.

Internships Opportunities:

Companies are offering both internships and placement offers based on students' performance, I didn't fine any company till now which came for only internships for students. We perform 3 projects out of which 2 are minor projects and 1 is a major project.

The average package of NIT AP is 6.6 LPA. And the highest package is 37.5 LPA. In the year 2021 more than 190 companies visited our campus. Last year out of 346 students 210 were placed. The top recruiters of NIT Andhra Pradesh are IBM, NBCC, Microchip, DLF, IIT Roorkee, DRDL, BHEL, and CSIR.

Internships Opportunities:

Many companies visited our campus with their pre-placement offer. Broadridge, Next-turn, TCS, Zeesta, etc. These are the companies that offered internship and placement offers. Apart from that, we can also apply for off-campus internships.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit in placements if they met the required eligibility criteria mentioned by companies which are participating in placements. It would be mostly of 60percent. From the 7th semester, students are eligible to sit in placements. Companies visited: ADP, Cognizant, DXC. Technology, Deloitte, Bridgelabs, Factset, Accenture, SAP Labs, L&T, Asian paints, Virtusa Highest package acquired: 32 LPA from Amazon 70percent of students got placed in our batch 2016-2020 I planned to work in the software field and have finished 2 years and 6 months in the Cyber Security field.
