Uttarakhand ANM Admission Process 2023

The entire process of registration for the Nursing and Paramedical examination is online.

• Documents required for registration: Passport size photographs and Scanned copies of signature.
• After the examination is conducted, HNB University will release the provisional merit list based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the exam. 
• The merit list will be available on the official website. Candidates who are shortlisted will be called for subsequent counseling. 
• Candidates shall be offered admission based on their choices and reservation criteria through a Seat Allocation Process to be announced later. 
• The candidates will be able to make their choices online for branches and institutes at the appropriate time.

How to Apply for Uttarakhand ANM Admission 2023?

• Visit the official website of HNB University and click on the “Apply Online” registration link.
• Fill in the required personal and academic information such as the name, address, category, year of passing and other academic details carefully.
• After submitting all the details, upload your scanned passport-size photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
• The application fee for general category and OBC category students is INR 1000. The application fee for SC/ ST students is INR 700.
• Retain a printout of the filled application form and the payment acknowledgment slip for future reference.

Uttarakhand ANM Admission 2023: Exam Pattern

• The examination comprises 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) of 100 marks. The total time allotted for the exam is two hours.
• The syllabus consists of Science, Math, General Knowledge, and General Language.
• The detailed syllabus for The Nursing and Paramedical examination can be found on the information brochure provided on the official website.
• Each correct answer is awarded 1 mark. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
• The medium of the examination is English/Hindi.

Uttarakhand ANM Admission 2023: Counselling

Only registered candidates will be eligible for the counseling process. 

• The candidates will be constantly updated about the counseling dates and the seat allocation rounds through the official website. 
• Once the successful allocation is done, candidates need to submit the required documents and pay the admission fee to reserve their seats for admission within the allotted time. 
• Candidates can also opt for up-gradation in the next round if they don’t receive allocation at their institute of choice.

Uttarakhand ANM Admission 2023: Reservation Policy

The reservation policy is extended to the following categories as per the rules and regulations laid out by the Government of Uttarakhand.

• Scheduled Castes (SC)
• Scheduled Tribes (ST
• Persons with Disability (PwD) (minimum 40% disability)
• Economically Weaker Section (EWS) of General Category
• Other Backward Classes (OBC) if they belong to Non-Creamy Layer (NCL)
