Ques. What is MAT 2023 registration last date for the PBT and CBT mode?

Ans. MAT 2023 registration for the March session has started online at mat.aima.in. MAT 2023 registration last date for PBT mode is May 16 and for CBT mode, it is May 9 and May 30 respectively for the 2 exam dates. 

Ques. When can I download MAT Admit Card for PBT, IBT, and CBT Mode?

Ans. MAT Admit card for IBT mode is available for download 2 days before the respective date of the examination. However, MAT Admit card for CBT/PBT modes is made available for download 4-5 days before the exam date. 

Ques. What is the exam date for MAT 2023 IBT mode?

Ans. MAT 2023 IBT mode exam dates have been released for the May session exams. AIMA will conduct MAT 2023 IBT May session exam on 4 dates- May 7, 13, 20, and 27, 2023.

Ques. How many times is MAT conducted in a year?

Ans. MAT is usually conducted 4 times a year in February, May, September, and December. The minimum qualification for appearing in MAT is graduation in any discipline from any recognized University or equivalent recognized degree. A final year student in any undergraduate (i.e. B.A, B.Sc., B.Com., B.Tech., etc) can also appear provisionally.

Ques. In which mode is MAT conducted?

Ans. MAT is conducted in PBT (offline), CBT(online), and IBT(remote proctored) mode. Usually, the exams are conducted in the same month over a gap of 6 days. 

Ques. For how long is MAT Score Card Valid?

Ans. MAT scorecard is valid for only one year from the date of issue. Candidates can apply for admission to MBA colleges accepting MAT scores for the 1 year for which the scorecard is valid.

Ques. Can I sit for MAT exam again if I had taken the February MAT Exam?

Ans. Yes, candidates can appear for all four sessions of MAT exam if they are not satisfied with their score or for any other reason they wish to appear for the exam. Even in a particular session, candidates can appear for 2 modes of MAT exam.

Ques. I misspelled my father’s name while filling the MAT Application form; what should I do?

Ans. There is no provision for form correction offered by AIMA, the organizing body of MAT. Forms once submitted cannot be edited or modified for any reason. You can anyway contact the authorities at  011-47673020 or matpbt@aima.in and inquire them for further details.
