Remarks :

The admission process was through Josha and JEE (mains) rank. The general category cut-off was the 92 percentile. I scored 98 percentile so I could get any branch easily because of my home state quota. The application process and fee deposit process were easy and it was through SBI collect. This process of allotment was through josha. I guess everything was well related to the process of taking admission if we have the right documents.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because I love making circuits and I love the process of fabrication and designing chips. Faculty to student ratio is 1:120. Faculties are qualified enough to teach their subject but don't expect high fight knowledge from them their knowledge is limited to their course. Their teaching methods are very old. They still practice ppt methods to teach which becomes boring sometimes but not all teachers do this some teachers teach with passion. Exams are conducted twice a semester. During mid sem and end sem.

Internships Opportunities :

There are many companions which offered internships like wells Fargo, taxes instrumentation data, and many more. These companies provide good stipends like 50-55k per month. To grab these internships you should have a project if you really want to grab it.

Placement Experience :

From the 7th semester onwards we get to sit in the placement interviews. Several renowned companies visit our colleges like Samsung, Wipro, wells Fargo, Paytm, oracle and etc. These Companies offer good packages of 8-9 LPA. The highest package is 1 crore above by many students. From my branch 96 percent of students get placement. After getting my degree I am preparing for isro.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees I think are normal for a middle-class family we can take an education loan easily. We do get financial benefits or scholarships based on our 12th class Campus placements are good but do not expect a high-fit package. The average package is 6-7 LPA.

Campus Life :

Life is fairly good on campus it's greenery is very fascinating. We have an annual feat called hill fair which is very nice and we get to see the performances of various clubs of the college We have a tech fest named nimbus where we get to showcase our amazing projects. The library is good we would find every book related to the course but books are limited The classrooms are fine and clean and there is a good environment of study in classrooms. Classrooms are big enough to accommodate 120 students easily. We get to play almost every common sport here. There are various clubs run by students here we can be a part of them by giving interviews.

Hostel Facilities :

The rooms are good enough we get a study table, a chair and a cupboard with a plain bed. There are many charging ports and the lights are good and the fans are working. The mess menu is fairly good and we get to elect our mess secretary which decides the menu after conducting a GH. The registration process is fairly simple and we need to do it ourselves in the hostel itself. All the necessary forms are provided by the hostel itself. Hostels are fairly affordable.

Placement Experience:

Average package: 12 LPA, Companies: Many good companies visit here but not many of the top tier due to location factors. Highest package: 52 LPA by CRED. The placement percentage is high in CSE and ECE.

Placement Experience:

Placements start from 6 th semester. But you can have it early too it just depends on your knowledge. Many companies visit like Wipro, Google, Apple, and some mass recruiters. The highest package is 25-30 lakhs (as per unofficial). Chitkara claims 100% placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of my interest in electronics and communication. There is a total of 60-65 students in my class. The all teachers are well experienced and well qualified. They are very helpful. The semester exam is conducted at the end of the semester by HPTU and the exam is neither very hard nor very easy.

Review of NIT, Hamirpur

Placement Experience:

The placements are very amazing on our campus. The average package is around 10.5 lakh annum per annum. The companies visited in our college are Morgan Stanley, Titan, JP Morgan, Adobe etc and offer high packages. The highest package for our college is 1.4 Crore and the lowest is 6 Lakh. While the average package is around 10.5 lakh. I am planning to do MBA for top IIMs.

BEST COLLEGE

Course Curriculum Overview:

As Computer Science and engineering are popular these days. I chose this course because I love problem-solving. I enjoy the technical site so computer science fits best me. The student-teacher ratio is 10:1 to ensure every student gets to follow the activity properly and remain attentive throughout. Faculty members are very experienced in their fields and look for the overall development of students in their subjects. All the faculty members are well-qualified, and all are punctual on time. The course curriculum focuses both on the theoretical and practical knowledge of students. The courses eventually change over time. Term exams are not so tough to pass. Regular attendees can easily pass the examination with a good pointer.

Good placements and a beautiful campus

Placement Experience:

Placements especially for computer science students are very good. As it is having an average package of around 14 lacs and the total average package for all branches is 7 to 8 lacs per annum. Almost all known big tech companies visited campus for placements. The highest package is around 1.51cr and the average package is 8 lacs per annum. Approximately 95 percent of cs students got placements.
