The university has 11 constituent colleges, 6 affiliated colleges, 19 constituent polytechnics and 85 affiliated polytechnic colleges. There are 6 regional agriculture research stations and 27 research stations under this university.

ANGRAU Facilities

Library: At the headquarters of the university, there are a total number of 11 libraries. The libraries are functioned by the University Librarian. For the Regional Libraries and College Libraries, there are Assistant Librarians. All the libraries own rich collections of Books, Periodicals, Back-Volumes and Reports etc., in the areas of Agriculture and Allied Sciences. Apart from print resources, some e-Resources are being made available online. The University Library also focuses on the electronic delivery of information and library e-Resources accessible by any network.
Hostel: The university has separate hostels for boys and girls and there are a total number of 21 Boys and 19 Girls hostels. With the capacity of accommodation of 3220 students. The accommodation facilities have been giving the students a happy, healthy, and comfortable stay in the hostels. Ques. What is the exam pattern of AGRICET?

Ans. The duration of the exam is 1 hour 30 minutes. The paper will consist of 120 MCQ type questions. The candidate will get +1 for every correct answer. The questions will be based on prior knowledge acquired by the candidates in the following specializations- Organic Farming, Seed Technology and Agriculture.

The seat allotment is carried out based on score in entrance exam.ANGRAU website we can get information regarding application form,fees.Yes under this university 5 government and 6 private colleges are their definately get seat in any one of this colleges if we score good marks in entrance exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Exams are semester based yearly 2 semesters are present. For 4 years we can write 6 semesters 1 year will be RAWEP and ELP. Exams are both practical and theory , level of exams is medium to easy and sometimes difficult.

Eligibility for joining this course is through the EAMCET exam. The best-ranked students are called for counselling there they can allot the required course in required college based on our ranks after that we have to pay some amount of admission fees.

I liked being an agriculturalist so I chose this course. our college has good faculty members with PhD who has great knowledge. They teach everything with detailed explanations that to more practical. we gained a lot of practical knowledge.

Nice college for agriculture

For eligibility for admission, you should pay 10+2, And they have one entrance exam known as UPCATET. The exam was held on May 16. The application fee is 1200rs. The form can be filled out online. Reservation is available for OBC, SC, and ST. I want improvement in the admission process so that the exam and counseling should be online.

Agriculture have large scope and Also have good career opportunities in the different agricultural sector with your interest such as teaching , business, banking jobs etc. Faculty of University:- Most of the faculty members have Ph.D. Holder has good teaching experience and knowledge and also Practical and research also have good work. The ratio of faculty and students is 2:5. Teaching methods are on the smart board and practical. Exams will be 2 times a year midterm and final are not as tough but doable as is in your syllabus.

Its simply superb

Qualified for the entrance with desirable rank I.e 4029 and then placed in the college through counseling which was done at LAM farm guntur then joined the college after 20 days of counseling and registered for semesters.

There will be 11 courses in each semester after 60 days from starting day of the semester there will be mid-exams and after 4 months of joining, there will be a practical examination and a final examination. It is easy to pass the exams and the pass percentage is 50.

Agril. College, Naira- overall review

The application form and other relevant information for admission would be available on the university website. The eligibility of the course would be based on the rank obtained in the national level examination. There are reservation benefits available such as scholarships.

I chose this course because I have a better understanding of the topics and it interested me. The faculty: student ratio for MSc is 5:1. Qualification of the faculty is either professor or associate professor. The teaching methods they use are either classroom-oriented or field oriented. There is better exposure through practical learning. The term exams would be once in 6 months. In between, there will be mid-term exams and practicals. It is obvious that the questions would be depending on the classroom teaching and fieldwork.
