So I want to pursue the tech field in the future but I want to explore some core sides as well so I chose the ECE branch which I quite a mediocre branch talking about faculty I think more than teaching in classrooms yous should rely more on self-study.

Most genuine Review from a DCE(now DTU) Student.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Frankly, I chose this course becoz of rank and also ECE is best after tech branches and I didn't want to go into tech branches. The best thing is we have 3 paths ie core, tech, and a consultancy where big 4 companies like Deloitte also recruit. The faculty-student ratio is around 1:96 and it becomes around 1:68 in further years. All professors are highly qualified and publish many research papers every year still Frankly all professors are not good, those old ones who are bored of teaching the same subject for years are also there, PHD scholars who are their assistants are generally enthusiastic in teaching since they have more energy and realte to students problems, The course curriculum is quite relevant to today's industry needs. The difficulty level is relatively less as compared to iit's bcoz the curriculum is relatively lighter and also all the students are not top rankers and got admission due to state domicile. So it is best for those who just want to find out his/her passion, will get exposure.

I was hoping for cse but couldn't get so ece was also a good option. The student ratio is not that good in a class of 60 there are 3-4 girls. Faculty members are very generous and help if you need any help.

My course electronic and communication is one of the hardest courses out here but in the first year, everyone has the same subjects. you have to start studying at least a week before exams to score better in these exams. Faculty members are qualified but their teaching methods are not that great

DTU is a nice college for your b.tech but you have to make it great.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the ece branch is perfect and evergreen as you have both the opportunities to go for tech placements and core placements. the teachers are well-qualified and are good at teaching. some of them enjoy teaching whereas some teach for the salary. the student to faculty ratio is around 1:60.the exams occur in 2monts(mid semesters) and 5 months (end semesters).the exams are tough but you will surpass them anyway.

A Deep Dive in DTU

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had an intrest in microcontrollers and semiconductors like raspberry pi. Also it is the second best branch after computer science. Also for a fact, we can also opt for coding jobs within campus. For our batch we have a faculty for each subject and faculties in each workshop and practical rooms. Most of the faculty hold P.Hd. degree and some have ongoing P.Hd. after their M.Tech. The exams happend preety soon than expected as we were short on time to complete first year, all credits to covid-19. I would rate the exams above average. They were not too difficult to cract but also not too easy to score high.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is well designed as it caters to all aspects i choose this course because this a quite good course here with a decent average package. Faculty to student ratio is 1:15. Faculties are highly qualified most are PhD holders. There are 2 exams conducted that are MID-SEMS and END-SEMS which were in January and March for 1st semester. The difficulty level of the exams are quite good but you can Ace the exams if you will be regular with your studies

Course Curriculum Overview:

For ECE, the course curriculum is a bit on the tougher side. We have to deal with semiconductors and stuff. I chose this course as this was the best suited for my rank. As for the faculty, the faculty: student ratio is good. The faculty is highly qualified and experienced. Passing the exams is not a big task. However, for me, I am struggling to cross the 8.5 cgpa mark.
