Course Curriculum Overview:

I found a great interest in studying computers, software, web designing, etc. that's why I opt for this. A lot of faculties are there for different courses. The student ratio is comparatively lesser than in other colleges. So the campus crowd is very low. Faculty members are highly qualified in their courses. There are two series of the exam are conducted before the university exam. So that we can learn the syllabus thoroughly. And these exams are not so hard and not so easy.

A good government college with premium values

Course Curriculum Overview:

I took BTech Mechanical engineering at Kushal because of its high placement ratio offered here and due to good academic facilities last etc. There will be around 10 Faculties available for each class and they are very helpful in our academic performance too. The teaching method is mainly by lectures and using the help of smart classrooms and which enable the students to improve their practical approach towards their syllabus. There are two internals in every semester and end semester exams are conducted timely and the results are published accordingly. While comparing to another university the syllabus of society says a little bit of thought it can be easily passed if you work academically your best.

If you want a college with superb campus culture go for it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Initially, after the entrance exam was can opt for Cucek campus of cusat or Soe campus of cusat. I opted for civil engineering at soe because I wanted to explore university life as soe is present at the headquarters of cusat itself. Apart from fire and safety, mechanical, marine engineering, and ship technology departments, all other branches have a good boy-to-girl ratio. Coming to teaching faculties there will be at least 7 faculties teaching different subjects with staff coordinators for each class. Almost all the teachers an academically excellent and have Ph.D. in their field. It's not about spoon-feeding, you can squeeze whatever you need to learn from the resource of the teachers. Also, they are very supportive of extracurricular activities too. The examinations are conducted timely in every semester and the syllabus is a little harder compared to other universities. But you can pass every exam if you work well on your academic side.

Ques. What are the fees if I take an admission through the spot admission in CUSAT?

There is no difference between the fees for general round admission and the fees for spot admission. However, the fees for NRI spot admission are higher. At the time of admission, INR 55- 60 thousand is charged in a general round admission. For an NRI spot admission, you will be charged an amount of INR 2 Lakhs, out of which INR 1.25 Lakhs would be a security deposit. This means that this amount would be returned to you once you finish college. Talking about the semester fee, there is again a slight difference between general round admission and NRI spot admission. It is INR 43 thousand for general round admission and INR 55 thousand for NRI spot admission....Read more

CUSAT is a government college. It is self-autonomous. The university has 3 different fee structures. It is differentiated according to merit lists, management quotas, and NRIs. The fee structure is as follows. If you get into college through the all India merit lists then you have to pay INR 45000 per semester. So, the total fees would be around INR 3.6 lakhs. If you are a local then you have to pay INR 25000 per semester and the total cost would be around INR 2 lakhs. And if you are an NRI then you have to pay INR 60,000 per semester. Before enrolling yourself in any course, learn about your passion first. Research about the engineering stream and its various aspects. You can also talk to your elders to know about your interest. If you are passionate about it then only get into the engineering field. CSE, CE, EEE, ME are considered good at CUSAT. But the placement of Safety and Fire Engineering, CSE, IT, EC is better. Other departments of CUSAT often have an off-campus placement or go for GATE.
