Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur, popularly known as IIT Jodhpur has concluded its placement drive for the batch 2022 and with over 200 companies participating in the placement drive. This year, M.Tech placements increased by around 158% and the Highest Salary increased by 90% which stood at INR 85.5 LPA and there has been increase in the Average Salary which stood at INR 24.38 LPA. 4 international offers were made this year as compared to 2 last year.

IIT Jodhpur has conducted its placements for the MBA batch of 2022 and the Highest Salary stood at INR 21.35 LPA whereas the average Salary stood at INR 14.06 LPA. B.Tech batch achieved 100% placements & M.Tech batch achieved 92.86% placements. B.Tech average salary stood at INR 28 LPA.

Recruiters like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Deloitte, Cognizant, Goldman Sachs etc participated in the placement drive.

During IIT Jodhpur Summer Internship Placements 2023, the highest stipend stood at INR 1.4 Lakhs per month & the average salary stood 97.2 K per month.

In our many companies are came to hire, it's almost 250 including Google, Microsoft, Barclay ICICI bank and many more. In data science, the 62 lacs package in Japan is the highest package this year average package is almost 12 lac.

Internships Opportunities:

In our college, we get enough opportunities for internships. we invite many companies for internships also. Some companies provide up to a 1lac stipend. This year amazon, ICICI, money forward, and Uber. Etc are reached to campus for intern.

Placement Experience:

After 6th-semester students become eligible for placements. There were many companies that visited the campus like Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Accenture, Slice, L&T, Maruti Suzuki, Evalueserve and many more and there were many offers that were made. There was a very high percentage of students, few students don't apply for the placements and had other plans like doing masters, Phd, studying abroad or civil services and pursuing their interests. Excellent facilities and Learning Culture at IIT Jodhpur

Placement Experience:

Companies visit the campus in the 6th semester of B.Tech. and Many companies visited the campus for around 4 months like Google, Microsoft, Zomato, amazon, Capgemini, Unacademy, etc. The highest package was 55 Lakhs and the average package is 12 Lakhs. Around 92% of students got placed.

Internships Opportunities:

Many companies offered the role for internships in the area of software engineer and development. Students made projects based on cryptocurrency, banking systems, augmented reality, and games and many students also developed websites.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from sem 7 i.e. from the 4th year. Companies like PayPal, Deutsche Bank, Microsoft, De Shaw, etc. have visited the campus and have made many offers. The highest package was 44 LPA while the average package was about 29 LPA. generally, all students get placement and rarely very few are eliminated.

Internships Opportunities:

Companies like Microsoft have provided many internship opportunities to students. These are summer interns and students are generally selected in August. Also, you can take intern if you get a recommendation letter from the professor, but you have to do a project under his supervision.

Placement Experience:

The placements statistics of IIT Jodhpur are really above most of the other new gen IITs. The average package is around 20 lacs and there are cases when the highest package is above 50lacs. The companies also visit for other fiels then sde and ds.

Internships Opportunities:

Companies like google, microsoft, newzera, oracle etc. visited our campus and hired a lot of students for internships in roles like software development, data science and product engineering. A good number of students were hired.

Placement Experience:

The overall placement record is very good. For the academic year 2021-22, the placement statistics read overall 97.28% for B.Tech with 100% for CSE and BB and 95% for EE, 91% for ME. Some of the companies that come are Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, Samsung, Goldman Sachs, Intel, American Express, Barclays, Cisco, Morgan Stanley, TCS, Infosys, JIO, BHEL, ISRO, DRDO, Optum, etc.

Internships Opportunities:

The Internships here are also good. The on-campus interns are available for 3rd year B.Tech students who may also apply for MITACS research intern. Aside from that, we have design credits, where we have to do the project under a professor (3 projects for the whole degree).

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AT IITJ

Placement Experience:

The past recruiters for placements include private companies like Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Oracle, Adobe, Zomato, Deloitte, Paytm, American Express, Bajaj, Samsung, etc., and public-sector recruiters like Bharat Petroleum, Hindustan Petroleum, Indian Army, etc. In the 2021-22 batch, Computer Science (CS) and Bioengineering and BioSciences (BB) branches observed 100 percent placements. The overall placement was around 97.18 percent. The average package was around 27 lakhs, and the highest was around 85 lakhs. My plans after getting the degree, as of now, are to go for placements only. In the future, I might plan to go for further studies.

Internships Opportunities:

The companies that visited campus for internships included Google, DE Shaw, Gravitas, Bosch, Feynn Labs, Artenal, etc. Some of these, like Feynn Labs and Bosch-RTC offered internships in research domains like Machine Learning intern, Computer Vision Research intern, etc. The others offered internships in professional domains like SDE intern, Analyst, Business Development intern, etc.
