Ques. Which one will be better, getting a BBA from iim Indore or from chirst university banglore?
● Top Answer By Aaditya Hari Nair on 20 Aug 21
Ans.Having done some research on both the colleges, I have gathered some information which I am going to share with you. Hope this answers your question.
Christ University Bangalore is a more experienced institute. It has the locational advantage being in Bangalore, which is the IT hub of India.
A student of Christ University enjoys higher chances of being hired by IT MNC firms, after completing BBA.
There is no exit option for the IPM course in IIM Indore once enrolled.
In the current scenario, companies are showing preference to students who have a multi-disciplinary background. Pursuing a BBA and MBA with specializations will be a better option than pursuing a program for five years.
Moreover, the average packages offered to the students who are pursuing IPM is less than that offered to the students who are pursuing PGDM.
Christ University Bangalore
Tech Mahindra, Accenture, IBM, Dell, etc.
The final two years of IPM are PGDM. The reason for this is that IPM students have to take IPMAT and for PGDM, they will have to take CAT. CAT is much more difficult than the former. In addition to that, IPM is a new course. So it is really not worth the enormous amount of money. In Christ University, you will know the extent of its brand value.Read more

● Top Answer By Geetanshu Sachdeva on 21 Apr 21

Ques. Which college should I select for mechanical engineering, Christ University or PES Electronic City campus?
● Top Answer By Aaditya Hari Nair on 29 Jun 21
Ans.Since I have friends pursuing Mechanical Engineering in both institutes, I can put their opinions in view. Both of them acknowledge the fact that the PES Electronic City campus is quite incomparable to Christ University, in terms of culture, academics, infrastructure, legacy, and factors alike.
Having said that, Christ University, with regard to the industry exposure and pedagogy, is somewhat not up to the mark when compared to the PES University.
In addition, the laboratories and faculty of PES University are quite better as opposed to Christ University.
PES University, as my friend mention, is very strict, academics oriented and competitive. On the other hand, Christ University is much lenient and is not at all competitive.
All things considered, you should only opt for Christ University if you want to pursue Mechanical Engineering. If you can take responsibility for your own studies and can secure a job yourself, Christ University will be good for you.
In contrast, if you want to obtain good industry exposure and want the college to be a guiding force, then PES University will be a better choice.
Here are the latest placement highlights of both the institutes,
Total Number of Offers
INR. 49 LPA
INR. 13.12 LPA
INR. 4.5 LPA
INR. 6 LPA
Top Recruiting Companies
Microsoft, Google, LinkedIn, JP Morgan, Infosys, IBM, Mindtree
Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Amazon, Goldman Sachs
However, you should also know that both of these institutes as a whole have had a very good reputation and have an accomplished alumni base. Choosing either of them will not ultimately be a bad decision. But, in terms of getting better exposure, go for PES University.Read more

Ques. What is the cut off percentage for B.Com F&A in Christ University?
● Top Answer By Pranjal Singhal on 14 Aug 20
Ans.Admission to undergraduate programs including B.Com F&A in Christ University is offered on the basis of the merit list prepared by the university by considering scores of class 12th. There is no fixed cut-off, as it all depends on 12th result (level of difficulty and percentage of maximum student). In the year 2019-20, Christ University's general merit cutoffforB.Com Finance and Accountingwas93%for boysand95%for girls.
The admission process at Christ University gives more weightage to the online internet-based entrance test conducted by the university followed by the personal interview and micro presentation rather than your 12th marks. So, however having a good percentage of marks gives a boost to your chance for getting the seat but is not the sole criteria.Read more
Ques. How is the BSc course at Christ University, Bangalore?
● Top Answer By Swati Srivastava on 17 May 21
Ans.Shiv Nadar University is a bit too young to share the tag of ‘Top 10 Best Engineering Colleges of India’. Most private colleges are profit earners and it is not difficult for them to pay the newspapers and websites to exploit the rankings. SNU is a non-profit organization, so they don’t partake in such deeds.
Ranked 52nd for University by NIRF 2019
Ranked 83rd for Private MBA by Outlook 2020
35 courses across 8 streams
Average & highest salary (2019)
Average: Rs 6.5 LPA
Highest: Rs 32 LPA
In almost 10 years, SNU has accomplished so much that takes 15-20 years for a university to attain. The new standard of education can now be of a particular rank. SNU has a modern multidisciplinary program in India which is hardly followed by any university in India. It is better than the general curriculum taught in the majority of the Indian colleges.
The rankings of colleges other than by a government or a non-profit body do not decide the quality of your education or how much you grow or even the standards of that college. Such rankings carried out by a private newspaper or a profit organization is subjected to biases and by following them you might lose some good opportunities in the future.Read more

Practical subjects allows hands on experience for students such as photography in the 1st semester gives you detailed insights how to handle camera and technicalities and all the tricks associated with it. Mr. Ajay Kumar, the departmental head teaches this subject and he is a champion in this. Candidates are often taken for outdoor photography class where they are allowed to execute shots that the faculty has taught. The time to time assignments also tests your skills. Other theory subjects allows good crisp discussions and intense debate sessions in class. The faculties does not follow a particular book and that is the most amazing part of the course. The faculty helps broadens the knowledge beyond the books. The Writing for Print Media subject in 2nd semester is another practical subject teaches how to write proper news articles for newspapers and also how to conduct interviews, and even editing, the assignments of which gives you proper field experience. Students in 1st year are asked to come together and launch their own class blog where their handwritten news articles are put up. 2nd year focuses totally on broadcasting part of journalism so it's all about practical learning. Sound and video production is taught with proper hands on experience. Even the assignments are fun to do as one can experiment with different softwares. The faculties are much advanced, they provides the space for students to speak up when faced with any issue or problem and they try their level best to solve it. Their advanced teaching technics beyond books is what makes it amazing, where they just bring interesting memes, pics or videos to decide and have discussions in the class.
