Manipal University Admission 2024 (Open): Dates, Courses, Fees, Eligibility Criteria, Application Process
Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), established in 1953 in Manipal, Karnataka. MAHE Admission 2023 is open for its UG and PG courses. Candidates are selected on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination. Admission to B.Tech (Regular+Lateral), B.Pharm, BBA, PharmD, B.Arch and BA (Media & Communication) at the Undergraduate level. At postgraduate level, M.Sc (Medical), M.Sc (Nursing), ME, M.Tech, M.Pharm, Pharm. D (PB) and other M.Sc courses are also offers. In addition, Manipal University also offers M.Phil and PhD courses. Admission to most of the courses is offered on the basis of the online Manipal Entrance Test (MET) followed by GD and PI conducted by the MAHE. MET 2023 Application Form has also been released online. Candidates can fill out the application form through the official website by paying INR 600/- (INR 1400 for selected courses).
In addition, the university also considers national level entrance tests like NATA/ JEE Paper-II for B.Arch, NEET PG/UG, NEET SS, and NEET MDS for MD/MBBS/BDS, MS, MDS, and DM/M.Ch courses respectively. For the M.Phil & PhD admission, the candidates are selected based on the entrance test followed by an evaluation of the past academic record and an interview. The candidates who have qualified UGC NET/ CSIR NET/ ICMR JRF/ JEST or INSPIRE fellowship are exempted from the MAHE Ph.D. entrance test.

Selection Criteria for both B.Tech and M.Tech
Admission will be granted on the basis of the candidate's performance in the MET exam.
For B.Tech. (Lateral Entry) - Candidates must possess a 3-year diploma in engineering or must have a B.Sc. degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 45% marks and 10+2 with Mathematics as a subject.
