IIT Kanpur (Conducting Body) is going to conduct GATE CH 2023 paper online as a computer-based test. As per the latest paper combination, candidates appearing for GATE 2023 CH exam can also apply for Petroleum Engineering (PE) or Engineering Sciences (XE) as their second paper.
GATE CH Marking Scheme: Questions in GATE CH paper are of three categories- MCQs, MSQs and NATs. Each question carries 1 or 2 marks each. There is no negative marking for incorrect MSQs or NATs in GATE CH paper. However, each incorrect 1 mark and 2 marks MCQ leads to a deduction of ⅓ and ⅔ mark respectively.
