1. The applicant must also be physically and mentally fit for the position, according to the organization's pre-employment requirements.
2. Pre-employment medical examinations must be performed at a Central/State Government Hospital (minimum status of District Hospital) or a hospital on GAIL's list of preferred providers.
3. The candidates must submit medical reports in the formats specified by the Medical Authority before they can start working for the company.
4. Medical Fitness Certificates granted by the Medical Authority are subject to final approval by GAIL (India) Limited's designated Chief Medical Officer (CMO).
5. The Medical Examination report that the candidate submits may be reexamined or reviewed by GAIL without explanation, and the decision of the designated CMO, GAIL (India) Limited, would be final and binding.

The candidates who satisfy the above eligibility criteria will undergo further scrutiny. The various steps involved in GAIL Executive Trainee Recruitment through GATE 2023 process are as follows:

1. Candidates for the role of Executive Trainee in the aforementioned fields will be shortlisted for a more in-depth screening process based on their scores at GATE 2023.
2. This recruitment process will only be based on GATE 2023 scores. GATE results from 2022 or earlier are not valid.
3. Candidates must apply online for GAIL recruitment with their GATE 2023 Registration Number. Applications without a valid GATE 2023 registration number will be denied.
4. No requests to modify data/details given by the candidate in the online application will be entertained once it is submitted.
5. A candidate can apply for one post/discipline only. Those who apply for more than one position will not be evaluated.
6. After submitting an online application, candidates must print off the system-generated Application Form, which includes their registration number.
