Course Details

Aryabhatta College invites application for admission in the undergraduate courses focusing on the Arts, Science and Commerce stream. Admission to the courses will be according to the performance in the 10+2 examination. The college will upload the marks criteria for admission, candidates falling to the required marks can have admission.

Course	Specialization	Eligibility
B.A.	Economics	Minimum 45% marks secured in the qualifying examination from a recognized board of education. The merit shall be determined on the basis of one language and three best academic/elective subjects. The applicants must have studied and passed Mathematics at the qualifying exam for admission to B.A. (Honours) in Economics.
	Business Economics
	English	At least 45% marks secured in the qualifying examination. The merit shall be determined on the basis of one language and three best academic/elective subjects.
	Hindi
	Political Science	An aggregate of 45% marks in the qualifying examination. The merit shall be determined on the basis of one language and three best academic/elective subjects.
	Psychology
	History
B.A. Programme	-	Minimum 40% marks must be secured in the qualifying examination. Merit will be determined on the basis of one language and three best academic/elective subjects.
B.Sc	Computer Science	Mathematics, one language and two other subjects studied in 12th. Should have secured 60% or more marks in Mathematics. 60% or more marks in aggregate of four subjects including Mathematics, one language and two other subjects listed as Academic Subjects.
B.Sc	Mathematics	Minimum 50% marks in Mathematics and an aggregate of 45% marks in the qualifying examination. The Merit will be determined on the basis of one language, Mathematics and two best elective /academic subjects.
B.Com (prog)	-	f 40% marks in the qualifying examination. Selection shall be made on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination including one language and three best subjects.
B.Com (Honors)	-	At least 45% marks in the qualifying examination. The applicant must have studied and passed Mathematics/Business Mathematics at the qualifying examination for admission to B. Com. (Hons.).
B.M.S	-	Minimum 60% marks secured in the qualifying examination from a recognized board of education. The applicant must have studied and passed in English and Mathematics.

Aryabhatta College UG Selection Criteria

Admission will be based on the marks secured in the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2).
The college will upload the cutoff criteria for admission on the official website (http://aryabhattacollege.ac.in).
Selection to BMS will be based on the rank secured in the JAT.
Eligible applicants who meet the requisite cut-off should log in to the UG admission portal into their registration account.
Selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination including one language and three best subjects.
Document verification and Payment of programme fee will confirm admission.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose psychology Hons because of my interest in human behavior. The teachers are good and they try to give attention to every student and take up doubts and the class is very interactive the teachers are highly qualified and teach very well I haven't had exams as of yet so I don't know what that would be like.

I choose this course as I want to become a psychologist and this college is very sought for this course. The student-teacher ratio is very fair. Faculty members are very helpful and friendly. Each teacher is highly qualified and has a unique way of teaching so to expect everything from each teacher is not a better idea.
