Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission into this course should have passed 10+2 from a recognised board / university.

Admission will be based on the marks secured in the qualifying examination.
Cut Off marks will be uploaded on the website of the college (http://kalindi.du.ac.in).
Eligible candidate should have to present themselves for admission along with required documents.
Document verification and online payment of programme fee will confirm admission.

Course	Specialization	Eligibility
B.A. (Honors)	English	An aggregate of 45% marks in the qualifying examination. The merit shall be determined on the basis of one language and three best academic/elective subjects. The applicant must have studied and passed English in the qualifying exam and should include English/Hindi/Sanskrit for calculation of the ‘Best Four’ percentage.

	History	Minimum 45% marks secured in the qualifying examination. The merit shall be determined on the basis of one language and three best academic/elective subjects.
	Journalism

	Economics	At least 45%marks should be secured in the qualifying examination. The merit shall be determined on the basis of one language and three best academic elective subjects. Candidate must have studied and passed Mathematics at the qualifying exam for admission to B.A. (Honours) in Economics.
B.A. (prog)	-	Minimum 40% marks scored in the qualifying examination. The merit shall be determined on the basis of one language and three best academic/elective subjects.
B.Com (prog)	-	An aggregate of 40% marks in the qualifying examination. Selection shall be made on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination including one language and three best subjects.
B.Com (Honors)	-	At least 45%marks secured in the qualifying examination and must have studied and passed Mathematics/Business Mathematics at the qualifying examination for admission to B. Com. (Hons.).
B.Sc (Honors)	Life Science	45% or more marks in the aggregate of Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology (Practical & Theory together) and passing in one compulsory language (i.e. English).

	Computer Science	Mathematics, one language and two other subjects listed as academic subjects. Should have secured 60% or more marks in Mathematics and 60% or more marks in aggregate of four subjects including Mathematics, one language and two other subjects.
	Mathematics	Minimum 50% marks in Mathematics and an aggregate of 45% marks in the qualifying examination.
	Physics	The overall percentage in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology should be 55% and one compulsory language should be 50%

	Zoology
	Geography	Minimum 55% marks secured in the qualifying examination in Physics,Chemistry, ,Mathematics/Geology/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Geography.
B.Voc	-	At least 40% marks in the qualifying examination. The merit shall be determined on the basis of one language and three best academic/elective subjects.

kalindi college- A review

Course Curriculum Overview:

All faculty members were helpful throughout the course and encouraged me to excel in other domains as well. But some teachers just didn't care about the students and were attending classes just for the sake of it. My college was a girl college and there were some male and more female faculty members. Exams were conducted according to the academic calendar released by the college before the start of the semester.
