Dislike

  • No, my college did not provide any internships but as a journalism student, it was mandatory for both me and other students to complete internships at a news channel, portal, or any firm related to mass media.
  • The placement cell lacks management, and the companies that come for placement specifically look for IT field students only.
  • There is a scholarship program for students who are unable to submit their fees or for those who belong to a poor society. There is also a fee concession for students below the poverty line.
  • Being a part of Delhi University, my college covers a smaller area compared to other colleges in Delhi University.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of our college provided internship opportunities throughout the year and its easily manageable to work while studying. The placements are mostly wfh and the avg salary is 15-30k a month (for internships) . I'm not really aware of the job placements because I'm in the first semester but it's constantly improving and we're looking forward to great companies accompanying us

Remarks:

The admissions were taken on the basis of CUET test scores. The whole process was on the university of Delhi's website where we were asked to submit our preferred colleges. The cut-off varied because of the variation in preferences but the competition was pretty much hard to crack.
