Rajdhani College is a constituent College of the University of Delhi. In 1964, Delhi Administration established this college in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi. At that time it was called Delhi College.

The college offers BA, BA (Hons), B.Sc., B.Sc (Hons) and B.Com (Hons) at UG level in a range of specializations. It also offers MA and M.Com. courses at PG level.

  • Admission to UG courses is strictly based on the marks scored in pre-qualifying examination.
  • For MA and M.Com. courses, selection is based on merit or DUET score.

Key Points:

  • 22½% of the total numbers of seats are reserved for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes (15% for Scheduled Caste and 7½% for Scheduled Tribes, interchangeable, if necessary)
  • Relaxation to the extent of 5% in the minimum marks will be given to the candidates belonging of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe to determine their eligibility and merit for admission to the course concerned
  • 7% seats are reserved for the candidates belonging to OBC.

Rajdhani College UG Admission 2020

Rajdhani College offers B.Sc (Hons), B.Sc. Programme, B.Com. (Hons), BA (Hons) and BA Programme in various specializations. The duration period for each of the courses is three years.

Admission in Bachelor’s Degree is done on the basis of marks scored in 10+2 level or equivalent in relevant discipline. The number of seats available for admission depends upon the nature of courses opted by the eligible candidates.

Rajdhani College PG Admission 2020

The college offers postgraduate courses in English, Hindi and History under Master of Arts (MA). Rajdhani college also offers M.Com. The duration period is two years for each of the courses offered at PG level.

In order to seek admission in PG courses, one must hold a Graduate degree in relevant discipline as the selection will be based on the marks scored in pre-qualifying examination. If the candidate has scored less than 60% marks in the qualifying exam then he/ she needs to sit in DUET exam. The intake capacity depends upon the nature of course opted by the candidates.

  •  BijayThere is a common Web Portal for the centralized registration of candidates and a common registration form for admission to all UG and PG courses.
  • Candidates need to register on this portal by visiting the official website of DU.
  • During registration, one needs to fill all the essential details and upload scanned images of documents.
  • After filling the application form make payment of application fee.
  • Fee for each application is Rs.250/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs.100/- for SC/ST/PwD candidates in the form of a Demand Draft drawn in favor of the Principal, Rajdhani College.
  • Upon successful registration, applicants can apply for desired colleges and course based on the cutoff.

    Delhi University (DU) offers specialized undergraduate courses in Arts (B.A.), Commerce (B.COM) and Science (B.SC) through its 82 affiliated colleges. Candidates who have passed 10+2 with 50% marks are eligible to apply for admission. UG courses application can only be made online through the official website. Application fee for General/OBC candidates is INR 250/- whereas for SC/ST/PwD/EWS it is INR 100/-.
