Delhi College of Arts & Commerce (DCAC) Cutoff 2022 is out now. Delhi University has released the spot round 2 allocation list for admisison to UG courses. Candidates who have registered for spot round admissions can check the seat allotment result on Delhi University’s CSAS portal - ugadmission.uod.ac.in. Candidates can accept the allotted seat between December 3 and December 4. The last date to pay the admission fee for allotted seat is December 6.

DCAC Cutoff 2022

DCAC Cutoff 2022 for UG courses is strictly based on CUET scores. The cut off depends on various factors such as the program chosen, the candidate’s score on the CUET merit list, reservation criteria, and the availability of seats. Upon acceptance of the seat, DCAC will check eligibility, verify documents and confirm admission after receiving the payment of the fee. FAQs

Ques. How can I get admission to DCAC?

Ans. All admissions are based on merit in the qualifying examination. Students whose marks fall under the cut-off marks issued by DCAC are eligible for admission. Candidate must have an aggregate of 50% marks or more in two Discipline Subjects and a combination of the best two other subjects from Lists A and B.

Ques. When will DCAC release the cutoff for UG admission for 2021?

Ans. DCAC releases a cut-off list for admission to the UG courses every year. The college releases cutoffs for each category: General, OBC, SC, ST, PwD, KM and EWS. Generally, the cut-off is released by the 3rd or 4th week of June. But, because of the covid situation, according to last year's report, the cut-off was released by the 2nd week of October. The first cutoff is expected to be released by October 1 this year.

Ques. Will there be any disadvantages at DCAC for gap year students at the time of admission?

Ans. No, there is no disadvantage in DCAC for gap year students and they would be treated the same as regular students. They should meet the cutoff criteria for admission and must possess the necessary documents/ certificates.

Ques. Is there any relaxation for women candidates applying for undergraduate courses at DCAC?

Ans. Relaxation for women candidates applying for UG courses varies from college to college. Even it varies from course also. There is no relaxation for women candidates in DCAC. 

Ques. Can a student change the subject combination in the next cutoff at DCAC?

Ans. If a student wants to change subject combination first he/ she has to cancel the admission at DCAC. After that, he/she needs to take a fresh admission as per eligibility. 

Ques. Is there any entrance examination for getting admission into DCAC?

Ans. Yes, admission in DCAC is merit-based. Candidates who have met the sufficient cutoff percentage in 10+2 qualifying examinations will be eligible for admission in selected UG courses at DCAC.
