You can focus fully on UPSC preparation as DU gives less attention to attendance. The syllabus for UPSC requires a basic knowledge of topics from History, Economics, Political Science, Environmental Science. For this, the best suitable program will be BA Programme to study at DU. If you have enrolled in any other subject, then you should start studying topics from NCERT and current affairs. Ans. Placements at Delhi University will vary from college to college and nobody will have an actual idea while applying for colleges with high cut-offs. In terms of placements, Miranda, KMC, SRCC, Hindu, Gargi, LSR, Venkateswar, and others are top colleges. Top companies including Big 4s visit these colleges for placement drives. The packages will obviously depend on your skills and performance in the interview. In the past, students have received decent to amazing salary packages depending on their college rankings. The top profiles that have been offered include Analyst, Associate, Audit Associate, and many more. The colleges situated in North and South campuses are best known for placements. The highest salary package in the recent placement drive was offered in Hindu College (29 LPA) and LSR College (39.5 LPA). However, if you are from an off-campus college, then the opportunities will be slightly different. The profiles that will be offered are Customer Service Executive, Process Associate, or Cabin Crew. The academics and faculty base are almost the same at these universities. However, academics are not the only influencing factor in the overall development of students. Curriculum, exposure, and other additional things also play crucial roles. At DU, you will have great exposure. DU has many societies like dance society, fashion society, debating society, etc. If you have any passion, you can explore it at DU. The peer group at DU is also better. Hi Meesam, no, scholarship is not provided by the university. Moreover, the student would not need one as the fees of the affiliated colleges is nominal.
